Birds

For thousands of years, humans have been fascinated by birds. Most famous for their ability to fly, birds inhabit a diverse range of habitats ranging from the densest of forests to the most desolate desert. From the most glorious of mountains to the ugliest of cities. Even the polar regions of our planet have not been left untouched by our feathered friends. Birds come in all different shapes and sizes, from the intimidating size of the flightless ostrich to the miniscule bee hummingbird. While most birds can fly, there are some that do not have that ability. Penguins, for example, do not have wings, but flippers. Whether on land, at sea or in the air, birds are perhaps the most amazing of all God's creations.
