Feedback rules

 

  • Fields marked with a star are mandatory.

  • Anonymous emails will recieve lower priority.

  • Emails sent with inappropriate usernames will not be answered.

  • Emails using profanity will not be answered.

  • Please conduct a reasonable search on the site for the answers you seek. Don't ask a question we have already answered unless you desire a more in depth answer than we have provided. We understand that there is no search function, and apologise for this inconvenience.

  • Please leave a real email adress so we can reply.

  • TGK will likely use any comments sent to us by email, however we will never use the name of the one sending without permission.

  • Hostile messages will not recieve a direct reply, but the content of their messages may be used.
